Let’s face it, some people simply do not like change and often, they hate it with every fibre of their being. They’ll never tell you this, they won’t even admit it to themselves, much of the time, they won’t even be aware that they are resistant to change. This isn’t limited to Digital transformation of course, it’s any type of change and the consequences can sometimes be disastrous. Digital transformation does throw into the mix,

Media adopted online communications technologies to reach people and engage them with content very early on. In that time, newspapers and magazines have gone through a massive change leading to a continued relationship with technology innovation. Wayne has pioneered new technology and business models throughout, for example, he brokered the first Google AdSense partnership with a major UK media company.

The relentless search for relevant and sustainable business models underpinned by technology innovation and then embedding that within a legacy organisation is what The Digital Transformation Project is based upon.
